Project Manager

Description

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll coordinate directly with General Contractors, manage field scopes, track budgets and schedules, and ensure every project is delivered on time and to spec.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor coordination

- Serve as primary point of contact for GCs and owners throughout the project

- Conduct site visits and enforce quality and safety standards

- Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Description

We're adding an Estimator to support our growing pipeline across Northwest Georgia & Tennessee. You'll prepare accurate, competitive bids across our core interior scopes drywall, ceilings, metal framing, insulation, doors, and hardware.

- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents

- Coordinate with project managers and field leadership on scope and pricing

- Build and maintain supplier and vendor relationships

- Experience estimating interior commercial construction scopes required

We need a hands-on Superintendent to manage daily field operations across active project sites. You'll direct crews, enforce quality and safety standards, coordinate with GC superintendents, and make sure every scope we commit to gets delivered on schedule.
